This picture was identified by Katherine Capizzi as her mother, father and sister. That makes this picture Alma Japsen-Joss, Angus Joss and Mildred.
Timeframe: Mildred was born in 1918. She appears to be two or three so I believe this picture to be taken in the early 1920's, probably 1920 or 1921.
Where It Fits: Alma Japsen is the daughter of Peter Japsen & Ottiellie Laurens/Lorenz. Angus is the son of John Joss & Anna Wakley. Angus was born in Aberdeen, Scotland. Angus & Alma are the parents of Mildred, Gordon, Anna, Katherine & Robert.
In History: Alma would be 114 this month.
