This image is labeled but still leaves some questions. The back says "Me and Scarlet had a good time that day". Does anybody know who Scarlet is? How about me?

the girl is Scarlett Yeckley and she lived in the apartment of Paul Johannsen, the apartment is the former home of Julius Johannsen. I can't remember her mother's name it seems like it was Opal, Joyce should be able to tell you
