This picture has no photographers imprint but somebody took great detail in labeling the back. It identifies the two women in this picture as "Merle, born Sept. 18, 1894" & "Caroline Fritsche - Died Dec. 1910". It also gives the date of the picture as "7/14 - 1910".
Timeframe: Apparently July 14, 1910. On that date Merle would have been 15 and Caroline just shy of her 46th birthday.
Where it Fits: Caroline was the daughter of Charles Hopfinger & Fredericka Richardson. Caroline Hopfinger married J.R. Fritsche. Caroline Fritsche is the mother of Merle. Merle Leutz is the mother of A.J., Mary Caroline & Robert.
