Here is a picture from a store. Probably a general or grocery store. Behind the two men kneeling is a box of "Foulds' Noodles". (Foulds' opened in Cincinnati in 1885.) There is another box labeled "Foley's" and something about Union Smoke & Chew. Union World maybe. How about something called "Yeast Foam"? The earliest reference I can find is the early '20 and the last I can find is early 30's. That is more or less all I can make out from the background. I don't see any calendars or anything that might narrow down a date. There are hangers, clothing and birds in the background. I choose to ignore the large bucket of lard in the middle of the picture. :-)
Does anybody recognize the men or the location?
